Key Job Duties

1. Administrative & Client Support:

1.1 Assist the counseling team with daily tasks, including client communication and file management.

1.2 Maintain records for counseling services (UG, PG, MBA, School Abroad, Foundation, CRMAP).

2. Reporting & Data Management:

2.1 Generate and analyze reports for management.

2.2 Prepare operational and executive reports for internal and external use.

3. Coordination & Relationship Building:

3.1 Work with different Dignosco departments nationwide.

3.2 Build relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to expand the network.

3.3 Identify new business development opportunities in the academic sector.

4. Team Collaboration:

4.1 Respond to data requests from counseling, marketing, and business development teams.

4.2 Work as a reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

1. Strong communication (written & verbal).

2. Organized, proactive, and reliable.

3. Ability to multitask and problem-solve.

4. Comfortable working with data and reports.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a plus).
