Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive – Ecommerce, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing excellent service to customers, ensuring smooth order management, and addressing inquiries efficiently. Here’s an overview of the key duties you’ll be performing:
1. Handling Customer Inquiries
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to provide fast, clear, and helpful responses to customer questions related to products, orders, and services.
2. Order Management
Managing customer orders will be a significant part of your role. This includes assisting customers in placing, updating, or canceling orders and ensuring that everything is processed smoothly in the system.
3. Complaint Resolution and Problem-Solving
You’ll be tasked with resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. This involves understanding the issue, troubleshooting it, and finding solutions that satisfy the customer while adhering to company policies.
4. Documenting Interactions

5. Providing Product Information

Required Skills and Qualifications

– Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: The ability to handle challenging situations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

– Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is essential to manage customer interactions effectively.
3. Education
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours and Location
– Shift Time: The position requires working from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, six days a week. You’ll need to be flexible and prepared to work US business hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
– Location: This is a remote position, which means you can work from home, making it ideal for those in Islamabad or anywhere else in Pakistan.
