Job Responsibilities of a Data Entry Operator
1. Entering and updating important police records and intelligence reports.
2. Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring error-free documentation.
3. Handling confidential law enforcement information with care and security.
4. Using MS Office and other computer applications for report preparation.
5. Assisting in compiling reports related to public safety and crime monitoring.
6. Organizing and categorizing data for quick and efficient retrieval.
7. Following strict security protocols while handling sensitive data.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification Requirements
1. Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) or Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division).
2. One-year diploma in Computer Science from a recognized government institute.
Experience Required
1. One year of post-qualification experience in data entry or a related field.
2. Experience must be from a registered organization.
Age Limit
1. Male: 21 to 30 years (+5 years relaxation, total 35 years).
2. Female: 21 to 30 years (+8 years relaxation, total 38 years).
Skills Required
1. Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
3. General knowledge of Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.
