Job Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)

As a Data Entry Specialist at InterstateX, your primary duties will include:

Key Job Duties

1. Manual Data Entry: Accurately entering customer orders into the Transportation Management System (TMS).

2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and securing appointments for shipments as needed.

3. Log Maintenance: Keeping detailed records of shipper and receiver operations.

4. Communication: Updating account managers on progress and any issues.

Department Role (Operations & Admin)

The Operations and Admin department ensures smooth logistics operations. Your role will support:

1. Order Processing: Ensuring timely and error-free data entry.

2. Coordination: Helping with shipment schedules and documentation.

3. Record Keeping: Maintaining logs for efficiency tracking.

Eligibility & Requirements
