Contract Details:

Required Experience:
1. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in system architecture.
2. Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale digital solutions.
Educational Qualification:
1. At least 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable and HEC-recognized institution.
Key Skills:
1. Expertise in design reviews and interoperability tests.
2. Knowledge of digital identity solutions and interoperability standards.
3. Experience with cloud-based architectures, API design, and data management systems.
4. Strong analytical and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in communication and presentation, both orally and in writing.

5. Adhere to World Bank and Government of Pakistan policies and guidelines for project implementation.
6. Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports.
