Eligibility Criteria

Education:

1. LL.M (Master of Laws) or LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Experience:

1. For LL.M holders: At least 5 years of experience as an advocate.

2. For LL.B holders: At least 7 years of experience as an advocate.

Bar Council Membership:

1. Membership in the concerned Bar Council on or before the closing date is required.

Additional Experience Requirements:

1. Experience certificates should be issued by the President of the District Bar Association or Sub Divisional Bar Association, duly countersigned by the District and Sessions Judge or Additional District & Sessions Judge, containing exact dates and complete details.

Age and Gender Requirements

Male Candidates: Between 30 and 40 years (with a relaxation of up to 5 years, making it 45 years maximum).

Female Candidates: Between 30 and 40 years (with a relaxation of up to 8 years, making it 48 years maximum).

Transgender Candidates: The age limit and sex will be based on the CNIC.
