Experience Requirements
1. Option 1: Two years as Head Nurse or Assistant Nursing Instructor; Seven years of practical experience as Charge Nurse or above
2. Option 2: B.Sc. Nursing (Post Registered Nurse) with four years as Head Nurse or Assistant Nursing Instructor; Eight years as Charge Nurse
3. Option 3: B.Sc. Nursing (Generic) and one year specialized diploma (preferably in Nursing Education) with four years as Head Nurse or Assistant Nursing Instructor; Eight years as Charge Nurse
4. Option 4: Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with:
Diploma in Nursing Management or Ward Administration; Diploma in Nursing Education or Teaching Administration with four years as Head Nurse or Assistant Nursing Instructor; Ten years as Charge Nurse
Educational Qualifications
1. M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent from a recognized university
2. B.Sc. Nursing (Post Registered Nurse)
3. B.Sc. Nursing (Generic) with a one-year specialized diploma
4. Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with relevant diplomas
Additional Requirements
Valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing Council is mandatory.
