Required Qualification:
1. PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/ICT-related Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution
2. OR Master’s degree in any of the above fields
Required Experience:
1. For PhD holders: Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 3 years in senior management roles with international exposure.
2. For Master’s holders: Minimum 7 years relevant experience with proven expertise in global ICT coordination or digital diplomacy.
