CHIP Training & Consulting (Pvt) Ltd (CTC) is seeking dedicated and qualified professionals to join their healthcare team as Disease Surveillance Officers/Immunization Officers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Disease Surveillance Officer/Immunization Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and reporting on disease trends and outbreaks within the assigned district.
- Implementing and overseeing immunization programs to ensure maximum coverage and effectiveness.
- Coordinating with local healthcare facilities and authorities to manage health emergencies and disease prevention initiatives.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting health data to inform public health strategies and interventions.
- Conducting field visits to assess and improve the delivery of health services.
- Providing training and support to healthcare workers on disease surveillance and immunization practices.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international health standards and protocols.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office.
- Excellent command of English and local languages pertinent to the assigned districts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to public health improvement.
- Possession of a personal laptop for official use.
