Key Responsibilities of an Enumerator
Orientation and Training
1. Participate in orientation sessions and training workshops organized by Muslim Aid.
2. Engage in practical exercises, role-playing, and tool demonstrations to prepare for fieldwork.
Household Assessment for Endline Annual Check
1. Conduct household visits as per the sample plan for the endline annual check and Post-KAP assessment.
2. Collect household data using structured questionnaires provided by Muslim Aid.
3. Maintain professionalism and ethical standards when interacting with respondents.
Data Collection Using Kobo Toolbox or Manual Tools
1. Utilize Kobo Toolbox software or other program-specific tools for data entry.
2. Ensure data is error-free, properly formatted, and adheres to program guidelines.
3. Conduct manual data collection when required, ensuring consistency with digital methodologies.
Accurate Recording and Validation of Responses
1. Record responses meticulously and double-check entries for completeness and accuracy.
Coordination with Field Teams
1. Collaborate with district leads, MEAL officers, and other field team members.
2. Report daily progress, challenges, and observations to supervisors.
Compliance with Organizational Policies and Protocols
1. Adhere to Muslim Aid’s field protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
2. Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
Flexibility in Field Work
1. Be available to work during weekends, public holidays, and non-standard hours.
2. Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to fieldwork.
Submission of Data and Equipment
1. Ensure timely submission of completed questionnaires, forms, and electronic data.
2. Return all provided equipment in the same condition as received.
Problem Resolution and Feedback
1. Identify, document, and report any issues encountered during data collection.
2. Provide actionable feedback to improve tools, processes, or field strategies.
Adherence to Work Plan
1. Follow daily work plans and schedules provided by the program team.
2. Adjust to any mid-course corrections or refinements in the work plan.
