Key Responsibilities of an Executive Director (HR)
As the Executive Director of HR, you will be tasked with overseeing the Human Resources department in the organization. Your primary role will involve leadership and decision-making regarding recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
Key Duties:
1. Leadership & Strategic Planning: Direct HR strategy to align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
2. Policy Development: Ensure that the organization’s HR policies comply with employment laws and are up to date with industry standards.
3. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues while fostering a positive organizational culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Executive Director (HR), the following qualifications and skills are essential:
Education & Experience:
1. Education: MBA (HR) or a Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management, from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. A qualification in law will be considered an advantage.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a large multinational company or within the oil and gas industry.
3. Knowledge: Extensive understanding of service/employment laws and HR best practices.
Skills:
1. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this leadership role.
