Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring product quality in the pharmaceutical industry? Amarant Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Executive – Quality Assurance at our Gadap Manufacturing Plant in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review of IPC and LC: Overseeing the overall in-process control (IPC) and laboratory control (LC) for the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), liquid, semi-solid areas, and Cephalosporin (CEPH) area to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Audit of Batch Documents: Conducting audits of batch document records, including certificates of analysis, to verify compliance and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support in CAPA/Risk Management: Assisting in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), risk management, change controls, recalls, deviation management, and non-conformance reports.
  • Documentation and Audits: Maintaining strong knowledge of ISO documentation, internal and external audits, and preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Specifications

  • Skills: Strong people management, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of documentation practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), data integrity, and industrial best practices.
