What Does a Full-Stack Node.js Developer Do?
A Full-Stack Developer is responsible for both backend and frontend development. In this role, you’ll also focus on Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure everything works smoothly and performs well.
You will work on product design, development, and deployment using the latest tools and frameworks.
1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript
2. Build and integrate frontends using modern frameworks like Next.js or React
3. Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
4. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality and performance
5. Manage CI/CD pipelines, testing environments, and deployment workflows
6. Monitor deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
7. Build test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
8. Fix bugs, solve performance issues, and improve system stability
9. Promote best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
