Key Responsibilities of a Gemologist

Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Master’s degree in Geology. A Diploma in Accredited Gemology will be an added advantage, as it demonstrates specialized knowledge in gemstone analysis and identification.
Experience:
1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in gemstone testing and identification.
2. Experience working with a variety of gemstones and using specialized tools and technologies to evaluate them.
Key Skills:

2. Expertise in identifying and grading various gemstones based on quality, cut, color, and other criteria.
