Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Educational Background

1. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (04 years) in Geology, Geophysics, or Petroleum & Gas Engineering is required.

2. A degree from a recognized institution is essential; candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

2. Professional Experience

1. A minimum of 16 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years in senior leadership positions, preferably in the E&P sector.

2. Proven experience in managing reservoir operations, optimization, and leading cross-functional teams in a senior management capacity.

3. Skills and Expertise

1. Strong leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.

2. In-depth technical knowledge of reservoir management practices and technologies.

3. Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
