Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Requirements

– Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university.

Professional Experience

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in public or private organizations. Required expertise includes:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• A solid track record in branding, print materials, digital graphics, and web design.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at the Planning and Development Board, your responsibilities will include:
