Job Description

Qualification

Education: 16 years of qualification in Economics or Agriculture/Development Economics from an HEC recognized institution (Ph.D. qualification will be preferred).

Experience: At least seven (07) years of relevant experience

OR

Education: 18 years of in Economics or Agriculture/Development Economics from an HEC recognized institution

Experience: At least six (06) years of relevant experience

OR

Education: Master in Economics or Agriculture/Development Economics (from a recognized Foreign University

Experience: At least four (04) years of relevant experience.

OR

Education: Ph.D. in Economics or Agriculture/Development Economics from a recognized Foreign University

Experience: Fresh candidates can apply.

Jobs Description/Major Duties

  • Identification and development of a framework for analyzing existing policies and reforms related to the Agriculture/economics development sector.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations related to the Agriculture sector.
  • Coordination and engage with other Government departments to gather information as required
  • Conducting events, stakeholder consultations, and workshops
  • Any other task assigned by the Task Lead / Supervisor / Competent Authority.
  • Supervise in collecting data and conduct analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, related to Agriculture and economy
  • Supervise in reviewing literature and global best practices to prepare policy papers and reports related to the Agriculture sector
  • Any other task assigned by the task team lead.
