Job Responsibilities (Key Duties)
As a Guest Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Your tasks will include:
1. Managing Guest Communications: Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms.
2. Coordinating Check-In/Check-Out: Work with housekeeping and operations teams for seamless transitions.
3. Resolving Complaints: Address guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
4. Monitoring Feedback: Track reviews and implement improvements to elevate service quality.
5. Updating Reservations: Maintain records of bookings, pricing, and availability using channel managers.
6. Team Collaboration: Liaise with maintenance teams to resolve property-related concerns quickly.
7. Guest Engagement: Develop strategies to boost loyalty and repeat bookings.
