Job Responsibilities of a Head Draftsman
As a Head Draftsman, you will be responsible for:
1. Creating and modifying civil and architectural drawings for different projects.
2. Assisting engineers and architects in designing and developing restoration plans.
3. Ensuring that all technical drawings meet government regulations and standards.
4. Coordinating with field teams to implement project designs accurately.
5. Reviewing and updating existing architectural blueprints as required.
6. Managing a team of junior draftsmen and guiding them in technical drawings.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
1. Must have completed Matriculation or an equivalent qualification.
2. Should hold a three-year diploma in Draftsmanship from a recognized institution or board.
3. The diploma must be in Draftsmanship (Civil and Architectural).
Experience Requirements
1. 10 years of practical experience in civil and architectural drawings.
2. Only experience gained after the required qualification will be considered.
3. Experience in private organizations is acceptable if the company is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority.

Selection Process
1. A one-paper MCQ-based written test will be conducted.
2. The test will be of 100 marks with a duration of 90 minutes.
3. The syllabus will be entirely based on Draftsmanship (Civil and Architectural) diploma-related questions.
