Key Responsibilities of the Head of Business Development

1. Strategy Development & Market Expansion

1. Develop and execute strategies to grow Kidan’s IT business through direct sales and channel partnerships.

2. Identify new markets, emerging technologies, and business opportunities.

3. Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead.

2. Channel Partner & Sales Management

1. Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers, distributors, integrators).

2. Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships.

3. Conduct training sessions to equip partners with sales and product knowledge.

3. Direct Sales & Lead Generation

1. Generate leads and build relationships with potential B2B clients.

2. Prepare customized proposals and presentations for clients and partners.

3. Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers.

4. Performance Tracking & Marketing Collaboration

1. Monitor sales performance through data analysis and reporting.

2. Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that boost sales.

3. Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to increase brand visibility.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Compliance

1. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for smooth operations.

2. Ensure compliance with contracts and industry regulations.

3. Resolve conflicts between partners or clients to maintain business harmony.
