Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership

1. Develop and execute sales plans for government tenders and private healthcare contracts.

2. Set revenue targets and ensure the team meets business goals.

2. Team Management & Development

1. Lead and mentor Government Tender Sales Managers and Strategic Account Managers.

2. Conduct training sessions to improve team skills.

1. Identify and bid on government medical equipment tenders.

2. Ensure compliance with procurement rules and documentation.

3. Develop competitive pricing strategies to win contracts.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education & Experience
