What is the IPFP Program?

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Must have a PhD degree (completed within the last 2 years)

2. Have at least one research publication in an HEC-recognized journal

3. Be under 40 years of age at the time of application

4. Must be a Pakistani or AJK national

5. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel

6. Those awaiting final PhD results or with provisional certificates cannot apply
