Job Description

This position is ideal for someone passionate about HR, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive work environment.The HR Executive will focus on managing the recruitment process from end to end, coordinaing interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

This role also includes ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, making it an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their HR expertise

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

1. Collaborate with the HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates using platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events.

3. Handle day-to-day employee affairs and maintain a productive workplace environment.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

1. Review resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements.

2. Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ ultural fit, skills, and qualifications.

Interview Coordination

1. Schedule interviews between candidates and the HR Manager.

2. Collect feedback from interviewers and help in decision-making.

Onboarding Support

1. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating orientation programs.

2. Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Compliance and Documentation

1. Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and ensure compliance with local employment laws.

2. Uphold HR best practices and company policies.

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
