Role and Responsibilities of an HR Executive (Night Shift)
As an HR Executive, your role will involve overseeing various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more. Below are the key responsibilities you will manage in this role:
1. Manage Recruitment and Onboarding
One of your primary duties will be managing the recruitment process for new hires. This includes advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
You will ensure that new employees are properly inducted into the company, making their transition smooth and efficient.
2. Handle HR Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations such as employee benefits, payroll, and HR policies. You will ensure that all employees receive the benefits they are entitled to and that payroll is processed accurately.

3. Support Employee Relations and Performance Management

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Education

2. HR Experience
