Key Responsibilities
As an HR Officer at Wide HR, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your duties will include:
1. Providing administrative and organizational support to the HR team.
2. Maintaining digital employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
3. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
4. Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
5. Tracking and reporting employee absences.
6. Collaborating with recruiters to post job ads and process resumes.
7. Conducting research for new HR policies and procedures.
8. Responding to staff inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
9. Managing telephonic queries directed to the HR department.
10. Assisting in planning company events and activities.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
1. Strong knowledge of job board management, interviewing skills, and 360 recruitment.
2. Proficiency in payroll processing and job postings.
3. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Basic German language skills are a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
5. An independent, accurate, and structured approach to work.
6. Hands-on experience with tools like Humanity, Persona, Trello, and MS Office.
