Job Responsibilities (Key Duties)

As an HR Manager at Future Designs, your main tasks will include:

HR Policy & Compliance

1. Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

3. Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Employee Benefits & Administration

1. Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, bonuses, etc.).

2. Handle payroll, attendance, and employee records using HRM software like Odoo or PayPeople.

Performance & Employee Engagement

1. Support performance management and employee retention strategies.

2. Improve HR processes for better efficiency.

3. Prepare HR reports for senior management.
