3. Supplier Communication: Coordinate with suppliers to confirm shipment schedules and delivery timelines.

5. Freight and Customs Handling: Arrange freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.

6. Cost Analysis: Perform product costing to support pricing strategies.

7. Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of import activities for audits and reviews.

8. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline import processes.

9. Reporting: Provide status updates, reports, and analytics on import operations.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Background: MBA, M.Com, BBA, or B.Com.

2. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the pesticide industry).

3. Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
