Job Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Operations Management
Oversee the maintenance of injection molding machines, molds, and related utilities.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize breakdowns.

2. Team Leadership & Training

3. Spare Parts & Inventory Control
Manage spare parts inventory to avoid production delays.

Promote 6S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
Ensure all maintenance work complies with industry standards.

Generate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track efficiency.
