Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at ERC International, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. Below are some of the core duties you will be responsible for:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Leading the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

2. Budget Management: Overseeing the budget for each project, ensuring that the projects are completed within the allocated financial resources.

3. Resource Management: Effectively managing human resources, technology, and other resources required to complete the project successfully.

4. Scrum and Agile Frameworks: Utilizing Scrum methodologies and Agile principles to enhance project delivery and adapt to changing requirements.

5. Team Coordination: Working closely with different teams, both within the IT department and across other departments, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.

6. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in the projects and creating mitigation plans to address them.

7. Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.

Required Skills and Experience

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the technology sector.

2. Skills:

• Strong proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
• In-depth understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple project timelines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities to ensure project success.

Candidates with experience in budget management, resource management, and those familiar with Agile project management techniques will be given priority.
