Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Implementation
Leading IT projects related to networking, security systems, and infrastructure development.
Managing pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales support.
Coordinating with vendors and managing technical teams.
2. Networking & Security System Integration
Handling complex network infrastructures, including VLANs, STP, and IGMP configurations.
Integrating security technologies like CCTV (Hikvision, PELCO), access control, and fire alarms.
Ensuring seamless connectivity and security across all systems.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Leading cross-functional teams to complete projects on time.
Working closely with engineers, vendors, and management.
Ensuring proper implementation of IT solutions in buildings and industrial setups.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in network design and security system integration.
Proficiency in Cisco networking devices (CCNA, CCNP Security).
Hands-on experience in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Certifications
Although not mandatory, the following certifications will be a plus:
Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2.
