Role Overview: IT Support Officer

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT systems and networks of TransPeshawar. This includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring the performance and security of IT systems, and providing vital IT support services to the organization.

The position will report directly to the Manager IT and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
