The role of Deputy Superintendent Jail, PSO to Commandant, or Senior Instructor in Prison Management is a crucial position within the Home & Tribal Affairs Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Prison Management: Supervise daily operations within the prison, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
Security Oversight: Implement and monitor security measures to prevent escapes and ensure the safety of both inmates and staff.
Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, report generation, and coordinating with other departments.
Training & Development: Provide training to prison staff on best practices, security measures, and effective management techniques.
Inmate Management: Oversee the rehabilitation and reformation programs for inmates, ensuring they adhere to institutional rules.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly in case of emergencies, including riots or medical situations, to manage and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
Physical Standards:
- Height: Minimum of 5 feet and 7 inches.
- Chest: 33 inches without expansion; 33.5 inches with expansion.
- Vision: 6/6 vision without glasses.
- Health: Must be free from any kind of disability.
Experience: At least three (03) years of service as an Assistant Superintendent Jail.
