1. LLB or an equivalent law degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience as a Law Officer in a public sector organization or as an advocate in a reputable law firm.
2. Experience must be practical and gained after the prescribed qualification.
3. Private sector experience will be accepted if the entity is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or any other government regulatory authority.
4. Additionally, candidates must submit an experience certificate that includes the exact dates, information from the President of the respective Bar Association, and a countersigned certificate from the District & Session Judge. The certificate must also include the enrollment details signed by the Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Bar Council.
Age and Gender Requirements
1. Age Limit: Candidates must be between the ages of 25 to 40 years.
2. Gender: The position is open to Male, Female, and Transgender candidates.
3. The age and sex of transgender candidates will be determined based on the contents of their CNIC.
Location and Posting
1. The successful candidate will be posted at the PJHF Head Office in Lahore, Punjab.
Pay Scale
