Job Role: What Does a Management Associate Procurement Do?
As a Management Associate Procurement, you will be responsible for assisting the procurement team in daily tasks. Your duties may include:
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in the preparation and execution of procurement processes.
2. Understanding and applying PPRA rules in purchases and contracts.
3. Helping manage vendor relationships and contracts.
4. Supporting the procurement team in evaluating pricing trends and market conditions.
5. Maintaining procurement records and ensuring compliance with policies.
6. Gaining hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP.

Required Education and Skills
Education
1. 16 years of education (Bachelor’s Hons or Master’s degree) from an HEC recognized university in one of the following fields:

6. Commerce
Experience
1. 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or a similar field.
2. Understanding of PPRA rules.
3. Understanding of pricing parameters.

5. Understanding of procurement policies.
6. Basic knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
