Key Responsibilities of a Management Associate – Program Design

Common Responsibilities

1. Assist in the planning and designing of new training programs.

2. Conduct research on job market trends and skill gaps.

3. Coordinate with training partners, consultants, and stakeholders.

4. Help monitor and evaluate ongoing training programs.

5. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.

6. Provide support in developing new strategies for program expansion.

Qualification Requirements

1. 16 years of education (Bachelor’s Hons / Master’s degree).

2. Degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, or a similar field from an HEC-recognized university.

Required Skills

2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

3. Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented.

4. Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
