Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent position in the Accounts, Finance & Financial Services department.The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in financial management, accounting compliance, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
As a Manager Accounts, you will be responsible for handling key financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing company finances efficiently. Your main duties will include:
1. Financial Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards for accounting and IAS standards for auditing.
Oversee corporate and tax compliance to meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow and payroll processing efficiently.
2. Accounting & Reporting
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the ERP system.
Maintain and manage all vendor accounts properly.
Prepare monthly financial closings and assist the Head of Finance & Accounts in financial reporting.
3. Costing & Inventory Management
Oversee inventory management using ERP software.
Prepare product costing reports and keep management updated on product cost trends.
4. General Accounting Duties
Handle petty cash management effectively.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
Ensure all accounting entries are correctly recorded in the ERP system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
Education
Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, or Business).
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.
Key Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Expertise in cash flow management.
Experience in petty cash and accounts management.
