Key Responsibilities of Manager Accounts

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) for accounting and IAS (International Auditing Standards) for auditing.

Assist the Head of Finance & Accounts in monthly financial reporting and maintain clear, accurate financial records.

Monitor corporate and tax compliance, ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

2. Cash Flow & Payroll Management

Oversee cash flow management, ensuring that the company’s finances are handled efficiently and effectively.

Process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

3. Inventory Management & ERP Systems

Manage inventory efficiently using ERP systems, ensuring that inventory records are accurate.

Keep the management informed about the product costing to help them make informed business decisions.

4. Vendor Management

Maintain proper records for all vendors and ensure timely payments.

Ensure that all accounting entries are accurately recorded in the ERP system.

5. Monthly Closings

Prepare monthly closings to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
