Job Details

Position: Manager Banquet Sales

This leadership role involves managing the banquet sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting revenue goals through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the banquet sales team with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through multiple channels.

4. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and market positioning.

5. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing banquet sales team to meet performance goals.

6. Continuously improve the banquet sales process to enhance efficiency and profitability.

7. Stay informed about hospitality industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.

8. Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

9. Explore and integrate technology solutions to streamline the booking process and enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Post-graduation, preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. 10 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a similar establishment.
