Key Responsibilities
As the Manager Credit Initiation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of credit cases while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Below are the primary duties associated with this role:
1. Review and Compliance
Conduct thorough reviews of agri-finance cases to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Verify customer credentials, including VERISYS, eCIB reports, income calculations, and collateral valuation.
2. Process Optimization
Oversee daily MIS circulation for login, approval, and rejection statuses.
Issue key documents such as Facility Offer Letters, TFS for EWRF customers, and security release memos post-settlement.
3. Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with CAD, Risk, and Shariah teams to expedite case processing.
Engage field teams to improve documentation quality, procedural compliance, and risk mitigation.
4. Training and Development
Continuously update knowledge of policies and suggest procedural enhancements.
Develop training modules for credit analysis and risk management.
5. Quality Assurance
Implement quality assurance measures and conduct quarterly reviews.
