Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enhance healthcare technology solutions.

4. Provide medical insights and feedback during solution development to align technology with clinical workflows.

5. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of clinical content within the solutions.

6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues reported by users.

7. Act as a liaison between the IT team and medical professionals to bridge the gap between technology and clinical needs.

Competence Criteria

1. Educational Qualification: MBBS degree.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical informatics, or related fields.

3. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and tools is a plus.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders.

6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.

7. Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare practices.

8. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
