Job Role and Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Evaluation
1. Design and implement a complete monitoring framework
2. Oversee all monitoring activities
3. Conduct surprise visits to field sites to check project performance
4. Manage and coordinate with third-party monitoring teams
Data and Reporting
1. Collect data in a timely and accurate manner
2. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for teams and projects
3. Integrate monitoring findings into future planning and policy development
Compliance and Risk Management
1. Develop and implement compliance policies
2. Ensure systems are in place during internal and external audits
3. Liaise with IT teams to fix any technical issues related to monitoring
4. Identify and reduce risks before they affect the program
Leadership and Communication
1. Lead and manage the internal monitoring team
2. Build strong relationships with external partners, such as service providers and donors

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
1. 16 years of education from a HEC recognized university in any of the following fields:
2. Business Administration
3. Management Sciences
4. Social Sciences
5. Data Sciences
6. Or any other relevant field
Experience:
1. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, especially in donor-funded projects
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and lead change
4. Must be proactive and action-oriented
