Role Overview
The Manager Sales – Instrumentation plays a vital role in expanding the company’s sales efforts, particularly in the automation and instrumentation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management: Drive sales for instrumentation products, motors, VFDs, PLC/SCADA/DCS systems, and other automation products. Develop strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs. Engage in regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Partnership Development: Forge new partnerships with clients by visiting customer premises, understanding their requirements, and presenting relevant automation solutions. Leverage industry contacts to build business opportunities.
4. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling technical and sales presentations to customers. Communicate the benefits of the company’s products in a clear and persuasive manner.

Qualifications and Skills
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Qualification: The ideal candidate should have a technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in sales, especially in automation and instrumentation products. A strong understanding of motors, VFDs, PLC/SCADA/DCS, and similar products is essential.
