Job Responsibilities of a Mechanical Fitter
1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance
Assemble, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machines.

2. Die Fitting & Welding Work
Fit and assemble dies and machine parts accurately.
Perform welding tasks to fix or fabricate machine parts.
3. Lathe & Milling Operations
Operate lathe machines to shape materials.
A Milling Operator is also needed to operate milling machines.
4. Hydraulics System Maintenance
Work on hydraulic systems used in industrial machines.
Troubleshoot hydraulic failures and perform necessary repairs.
5. Ensuring Workplace Safety
Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
Use protective gear and maintain a safe work environment.
