Sharina World Foundation is seeking experienced and proactive Medical Doctors to join their medical services team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This full-time position requires professionals with excellent communication skills and expertise in managing Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).

The role involves working with integrated care services to improve patient outcomes, enhance preventive care, and ensure seamless coordination between healthcare providers and patients. Medical Doctors will also collaborate with medical centers in the USA and explore funding opportunities for healthcare programs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Patient Care and Monitoring

Lead integrated care services like Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).

Ensure smooth coordination between healthcare teams and patients for improved care outcomes.

2. Collaboration with Medical Centers

Evaluate healthcare needs and identify areas requiring improvement or additional care.

Partner with hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers for joint healthcare initiatives and shared resources.

Explore opportunities to co-locate services or establish referral networks.

3. Research and Funding Initiatives

Work on securing grants, contracts, and funding opportunities from federal, state, and private sectors.

Support programs aimed at enhancing patient care and healthcare accessibility.
