The Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC), operated under the Health Department of the Government of Balochistan, play a crucial role in providing urgent medical services across the region.

Available Positions and Requirements
Medical Officer (BPS-17)
- Vacancies: 39 positions across various locations including MER Centers and Trauma Centers in Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
Lab Technologist (BPS-17)
- Vacancies: 2 (1 in Khuzdar, 1 in Zhob)
- Qualifications: Graduation in Laboratory Technology (4-year program) from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 3-4 years in a relevant specialty.
Staff Nurse (BPS-16)
- Vacancies: 1 in Trauma Center Zhob.
- Qualifications: Preferably BS Nursing (4 years) from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a relevant specialty.
CT Scan Technician
- Vacancies: 2 (1 in Khuzdar, 1 in Zhob)
- Qualifications: Diploma in Radiography or BSc Imaging Technology, plus CT-Scan/MRI Technician Training Certification.
- Experience: At least 4 years.
Medical Technician (BPS-9)
- Vacancies: 4 (2 in Khuzdar, 2 in Zhob)
- Qualifications: Intermediate (Pre-medical) with Medical Technician Certificate.
- Experience: At least 4 years.
Operation Theater Assistant (BPS-6)
- Vacancies: 6 (3 in Khuzdar, 3 in Zhob)
- Qualifications: Intermediate (Pre-medical), OT Technician Certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
