Qualifications and Experience Required
To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements
1. Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Animal Sciences, Crop Sciences, Natural Resources, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university of international repute.
2. At least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized journals or books.
Experience Requirements
1. Minimum 22 years of proven experience in R&D organizations or recognized institutions of research or higher learning (public or private sector).
2. 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
3. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of scientists and researchers.
