Required Experience
1. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in research and development, as well as academic leadership. The ideal applicant will have:
2. At least 22 years of proven experience in R&D organizations or recognized institutions of research and higher learning in the public or private sectors. This includes expertise in managing multidisciplinary groups of scientists and researchers.
3. A minimum of 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
Educational Qualification
1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in one of the following fields:
2. Crop Sciences
3. Natural Resources
4. Animal Sciences
5. Social Sciences
The degree must be from an HEC-recognized university of international repute. Additionally, candidates should have a strong academic record, including at least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals or books.
