Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Bus Operations: Ensure that buses are operating on time, covering all planned routes without delays. Regular checks will be done via GPS, AVL systems, and CCTV cameras to track bus movements.
• Monitor Bus Headways: Use technology such as GPS and AVL systems to ensure proper headways between buses, reducing congestion and ensuring the efficient flow of the transit system.
• Record Violations: Track and report any operational violations such as route deviations, delays, or any other performance issues that impact the quality of service.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor the BRT system to ensure that all operations align with TransPeshawar’s contractual and operational obligations, including handling any violations of contract terms.
• Assist in Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on bus operations, including any issues that occurred and any actions taken to resolve them. This ensures transparency and helps improve the service over time.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Experience
