- Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about products, including dosage, side effects, and benefits, ensuring healthcare providers are well-informed.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to position Sanofi’s products effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and report it to the sales management team for product improvement and strategy refinement.
