- Implement and Execute Procurement Processes: Oversee every step of the procurement cycle, from planning to final execution, following the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
- Evaluate Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) and RFPs: Assess the pre-qualification documents and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure they meet quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
- Procurement for Services and Consultancy: Lead procurement for essential services, consultancies, and project-related tasks, guaranteeing alignment with project goals and standards.
- Planning and Scheduling: Help with the planning and scheduling of large-scale projects, coordinating timelines, and resources effectively.
This position is open to both male and female applicants aged between 18 and 40, who meet the required experience and educational criteria.
Qualifications and Skills Needed for Success

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced Degree Advantage: A Master’s in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ Years in Procurement: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within project-based settings.
- Public Procurement Expertise: Familiarity with Public Procurement Rules and Regulations is essential.
