• Implement and Execute Procurement Processes: Oversee every step of the procurement cycle, from planning to final execution, following the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
• Evaluate Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) and RFPs: Assess the pre-qualification documents and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure they meet quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
• Procurement for Services and Consultancy: Lead procurement for essential services, consultancies, and project-related tasks, guaranteeing alignment with project goals and standards.
• Planning and Scheduling: Help with the planning and scheduling of large-scale projects, coordinating timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Needed for Success

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ Years in Procurement: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within project-based settings.
